It has been reported that spam email and scam calls are being made from unauthorized service techs stating they want to service your computer because it is running “slow”. Customers have been asked for credit card information to “fix” their computers. These are not legitimate calls or emails. Always check with your local service provider for more information and do not give out credit card information.
